We’ve been loving spreading the idea of slowing down, but the one area we didn’t intend to slow down is our ability to get the products you need in your hand. Due to the impact of COVID-19, our suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners are taking extra precautions to meet CDC guidelines for a safe workplace. Unfortunately, this means that our products are taking longer to get to you. However, our team is working diligently to get our products in your hands as quickly and safely as possible (shout out to our awesome team). So, #SlowFarSlowGood

We take customer order cancellations very seriously. Our customers have the right to cancel their orders and receive 100% of their money back within 24 hours of the initial order.
We will be unable to cancel your order and refund you if your request is submitted more than 24 hours after the initial purchase. In this case, to receive a full refund, please return the package to us in its original condition. This is to protect Gear Elevation from fraudulent claims to get our product for free.
