I couldn't be happier with this set. No longer do I guilt myself for not going to the gym, because I don't like the vibe. I can just hook whatever band I want up, and go to town. I'm not lifting a ton right now, but the weight possibilities that come with this set are great, and it seems like I ought to be able to get a great deal of use out of it, even if squatting high weights.

Boy, this is what I really needed! I am 63 yo and have been on a weight loss program once I realized through a nuclear stress test and an angiogram I had minor atherosclerosis in the LAD artery of my heart. I went in for precaution (no symptoms) when my older sister had triple bypass . . . scary stuff. I have lost 30+ lbs in three months due to a book, "The End of Heart Disease" by Dr Joel Fuhrman. I wanted and needed to build muscle mass back again as well, but had no time nor desire to own another weight set which would have most likely been donated or tossed out . . . again. My nature is athletic (I referee HS soccer) and have a dynamic job which keeps me on my feet moving throughout the day. I got this idea to see if there were a set of bungees or elastic medical tubing which were used for strength training. So I searched Amazon and came across this set! It is awesome and now I can bring my 'weight training' to any room in the house or even outside! Versatile and well made, worth the money for sure.

I was really skeptical about these at first but I have put these bands through some real abuse over the last few months and don't see any issues. I have used other bands before and these are the most legitimate ones I have come across. Many other bands are cheap and say about twice the resitance they actually are. Other bands have cheapo materials but these do not skimp. The last thing you want to do is worry about cheapo materials breaking and having the band snap you in the face while youre workibg out hard. After all of the workouts I have done with these I feel safe using them. I actually worry more about the door breaking than the bands. The only slight issue is that I do see some manufacturing defects like bubbles in the material but I have watched them and see no deformation or tearing.

Expensive, compared to other choices? Yes.
Worth it? YES!
The quality is not skipped over here.

These things are life savers. I ordered these the day I ended up in the hospital because I knew I was in for a long recovery. They're so essential now that I've even decided they belong in my one bag that I'm moving with across the world.
I was paralyzed from the waist down with an incomplete spinal cord injury. After 6 months I'm walking and I use these bands everywhere I can, whenever I can. On planes, at home, in hotel rooms (I travel a lot). They are great.

Everything was well packaged, and a lot more "heavy duty" considering what I think is the low cost vs quality of the set. I've never used resistance bands before and I got to tell you, It's a little MORE difficult than using a gym machine with a set path that the weights travel... effort is not only being expended doing the exercise properly, but effort is also necessary to keep good form and stability. The number of bands in the set is good and the instructions give you a chart of what bands to pair with others to get the weight you want for your exercise... I'm sure I won't remember so I'll probably end up keeping a written log.

The door anchor works great. So far the biggest band I have put on it is the 20lb one . Remember it's an RV. I keep an eye on the door and frame. There is not the slightest damage and it doesn't budge when working out.
I also like the "anywhere" anchor. It really makes anchoring these possible to just about anything.
I find the ankle straps are comfortable.
The handles are just the right size. When working out with two bands, I keep a handle on each band during some exercises. I can easily grip both handles to work out. If I can't finish my number of reps, I just let go of the lighter strap and finish with the heavier one. It keeps me from having to stop working out, change grips around, then continue. I am thinking about purchasing one more band. I keep the door anchor with its band on the door all of the time. I also keep the handles attached to their straps all of the time.

I purchased this exercise band set about eight months ago. Due to my travel schedule, I've probably used them for about five months, exercising 2-3 times each week. So that's approximately 50 workouts with the bands. Over the years, I've purchased several types of bands. These are the best bands I've had. The handle quality and band/handle attachment are very good.

Life changer -- Never enjoyed exercise so much, or seen so much progress so quickly

I'm going to tell you why you should buy these, not as a favor to the seller, but just because I want everyone to be able to enjoy these. They're truly a life-changer.
Unlike going to a gym to do freeweights and machines, you don't have to wait for the meat-head in front of you to crawl through his set in a 1/10 lift-to-iphone ratio. You CAN do any lift you would want do do with weights. I was told you couldn't really do deadlifts with these, but YOU CAN (just double wind them around your feet!)
Instead of sitting up and shuffling heavy plates around, most exercises will allow you to just step a little further/closer to the door if you need to add/subtract a little weight. Best part of that is that it scales beautifully with how much you're pushing and allows you to feel out the perfect resistance for a 10 set or a 5 set.
I was also told that bands wouldn't work because the resistance varies with distance. Not true! This is actually much better for your joints because you aren't going from 0 to 100 to impact a bar into motion. The key is to start with resistance at the beginning of the motion.
Unlike the gym I don't have to walk anywhere in the cold, get changed, be self-conscious, or pressured to finish quickly/not take breaks. I go at my own pace, blasting music in my underwear FIRST thing when I wake up. Takes me 35 minutes of pure exercise to start failing on every motion I want to do.
Also, the tensile rating of these is for 2x strain, but they'll stretch up to 3.5x in length. This means that, for example, with the black band, you can actually get up to 52.5lbs with a single band at the peak of a movement. This means you can combine just three bands to get 157.5 lbs!! That's a lot of weight to be able to throw into a backpack for the road.
Anyways, in the two weeks I've had this I've gained 2lbs in muscle and I can already feel how much stronger I am and see how much better I look. Looking forward to posting more detailed results after several months of use.
