I love this! We are full-time RV'ers so the fact that this is collapsible sold me. When I'm not using it, it collapses down to about 3 inches thick, so it stores nicely. The button to turn it on/off isn't in the easiest location being that it's on the outside near the base behind your heels, but with a little reaching it's doable for me. It's pretty quiet on our carpeted floor, which is very nice in our tiny space.

If you want it hot start with hot water. Also, says its safe to use epsom salts in water, so thats nice.

First impression: received the unit today, my wife and I both did a 30-minute session, and then I ran the unit by itself with no feet in it. I used filtered water from my refrigerator with the 0.1g sea salt as measured by the little spoon that comes included. The 2 photos show the water after no feet, and the water after my 30-minute session. As you can see, the water changed color in both, but with my feet is a bit darker and has some black flecks in it. I did feel a sort of tingling sensation in my feet during my session and afterward both my wife and I feel lighter and more clear headed, and knee pain significantly improved. Overall good first impression of the unit.

We've run this 3 times so far, and my husband and I both like it. I'm not sure what the different cycles are exactly doing, but the light indicator goes through 4 cycles and then tells you when it's done. I quickly got a dull headache when I started, but then about 10 mins after I was done I felt fine and more energized than before. I felt so relax after the first ionic detox. Do not pay attention to those who say it is a scam, cause it is not. They tell you when you mix the salt in the water and start working, yes the water is kind of brownish. But guess what? Tap water, even purified bottled water, has minerals in it and those react to the ionic stimulus, making the initial water brownish. In the instructions, they will tell you that. After two or three uses, you will notice the difference. This is not a forever machine. The more detox you do, the thing that goes in the middle becomes rustier until it no longer works, but that is expected. Also depends on where you live and how hard is the water. I think you can clean that little motor that produces the ions with vinegar. But still its greatest life span is about 50 uses. And do not expect to detox your entire body. Detox occurs through feces, urine and sweat. Let’s say this machine will take care of about 25% of your toxins, which is A LOT. YOU need to drink water during and after using it to help the detox be more efficient. It is also meant to help make your body more alkaline, which boosts your immune system. It is not a miracle worker, but surely it is an extraordinary help to support your health.

The manual is almost like a little booklet, it is really well made and shows you different ways in which you can use the foot bath. Im not sure if there is any proven theory to this product as far as any health benefit. I do know that if you simply place the unit in the water solution it calls for and never put your feet in it, the water turns the exact same colors as if your feet were in it. That is the de-ionization of the salt and whatever minerals might be in your water and has nothing at all to do with your body. If the product does work it certainly isnt relative to the color of the water once the product has ran its cycle. For those of you that own one of these try just using water and never put your feet in it.

I have emailed on numerous occasions and have been told first - be patient, it’s coming. According to the tracking it never left China. Then I was told it had been lost in transit and a new one is coming. Then again it was on its way. The next message was that it wasn’t lost, the original was still coming. It’s now June 16th. Why does the color change even without feet in the water?

People who don’t understand the Ionic Detox technology often surmise that it is not credible because the water changes color without feet in it. With so many brands spreading misinformation about color change, we think it is about time to set the record straight.

The main goal of the IonPure is not to change colors in the water, but to relax, energize and stimulate the body's detoxification through its normal processes of urination, defecation, and perspiration. Can anyone use the IonPure?

The Ionic Foot Bath should not be used by individuals who are epileptic, hemophiliacs, or those with a pacemaker, implanted organs, or on blood thinners. It should also not be used by children under the age of 10, or during pregnancy or lactation. There may be other situations in which you should not use this unit. How often can I do my sessions?

Every footbath session gives you benefits but using the foot spa once or twice a week is where you are going to get the most results.

Results are different for everyone, but most people get the best results within three months of use and then have a break before continuing the sessions.

My tracking number isn't working, what should I do?

If you notice that your tracking number status has not updated for more than 5 days after the delivery company shipped the product, please email us at support@gearelevation.com to report the issue.

We will then contact the warehouse or the delivery company to find a solution and fix the problem as soon as possible.

How can I return or exchange my order?

IonPure provides a 30-day (after delivered) warranty on all products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, submit your return request through our Returns Center portal or notify us by e-mail.

Refunds will be accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Refunds will ONLY be submitted after we receive and inspect the items returned.

IonPure is not responsible for sending return labels.

Refunds will not be accepted if the reason is a ''missing item'' that is not listed as included in the purchase. All the items that come in every purchase are properly listed in the description.

The products must be returned in new, resellable condition. Products that are altered or damaged (scratches, wreckage, etc.) do not qualify and may be discarded.

The items that were returned with unopened boxes will be refunded 100% of the amount. The items that were returned with opened boxes (regardless of whether the product was used or not) will be refunded 85% of the amount due to restock costs.
