Installation Steps:
1.Install in first the ceiling hooks, fixed plate or steel tube. It can hold distance between two hooks, 50 cm to 80 cm is more recommended. Installation hook needs to cut holes in the ceiling.
2. If you have higher ceiling, you need to add the extend belt an extended length of 1.8 meters. The length of the Aerial Yoga is 1.4 meters to 1.5 meters so higher ceiling can also be possible.
Safety Precautions:
1. The support of the Aerial Hammock Yoga must be strong and the height from the ground must not be more than 15 cm to prevent from falling injuries.
2. Avoid carrying sharp objects to not damage the hammock.
3. Keep away from fire.
4. The ground below the Yoga Hammock must be flat and leveled. Don't surround it by sharp hard objects to avoid accidents.
