Orders on average should expect a 5-10 working day delivery timeframe. If it has been more than 3 weeks and you have not received your order yet, please do reach out to our team so we can look into this for you. 

We will update you the tracking information of your order to the same email that you filled out when placing your order. This email will also guide you on how to track your package. Please note that the tracking information will be displayed 2-5 days after you receiving that email, so don't fret if you find your tracking information doesn't populate immediately upon getting your shipping confirmation email. You should see tracking events within 24-48 hours after you have received the tracking number/ID. The reason for this time lag is that in most cases the first tracking event only shows up once the shipment was handed over to us, i.e. once the shipment has left the fulfillment centre of your online shop.

Please note that the tracking information will be displayed after 2-5 days after being updated.

For the first time, it may take a few minutes to get the information from the carrier. Therefore, sometimes you can not find information about your package, please track again later. If after 5 days you're still having trouble tracking your package, please reach out to our team at support@gearelevation.com, and we'll be happy to assist.

If you don't see movement in your shipment status after a certain period of time after receiving the tracking information, don't fret.

This does not mean that there is no movement on your package. It simply means that your order is being shipped, and is on it's way to your destination country. Depending on the shipping method, there may be no additional opportunities for updates throughout the order's journey until the package lands at a port in the country it is being shipped to.

We ship your orders from various international warehouses (US, Canada, Malaysia and Singapore). Our stock is spread out over multiple fulfilment centers in order for them to get to you faster. This means orders containing multiple items may be shipped individually. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way.

We don’t accept flexible payment terms at the moment. We offer safe shopping and accept payment via Paypal, Credit card, Debit card or VISA. So you can choose the most suitable one for you. All products are listed in US Dollar, our system will automatically exchange your currency to make it easy for you when placing order.

We recommend usage of  every other day, up to 3 times per week for the first two months for up to 30 minute sessions at a time. After the first two months, it is okay to dial down the sessions to twice per week thereafter. You'll notice that the colors of the foot bath aren't as pronounced over time, which is an indication that the detoxification is running its course.  We also recommend replacing the array once per month if usage is at least 2 times per week. If using once per week, once every two months is sufficient.

This is a safe therapy for anyone over the age of 2 years old, except for those who wear a pacemaker or have seizures. This is suggested therapy for people who have accumulated many stored toxins and are not able to get rid of them efficiently, due to overworked liver, spleen, and kidney functions. To those who are affected by diabetes. The ionic process does affect blood sugar levels. With that said, we advise those with diabetes to be sure that they have eaten before initiating an ionic foot bath.

The Ionic Foot Bath should not be used by individuals who are epileptic, hemophiliacs, or those with a pacemaker, implanted organs, or on blood thinners. It should also not be used by children under the age of 2, or during pregnancy or lactation. There may be other situations in which you should not use this unit. Please consult your health care provider if you are uncertain. 

Most people report feeling more relaxed, calm and more focused after their session. Those who suffer from excessive toxicity may experience a draining sensation as their bodies release pent-up toxins. Please don't be surprised if you find yourself doing the "number 2" more often than usual. This is also a routine occurrence amongst our Ion Pure users.

Great question. Let's help clear things up. While there is a correlation between color change of the water and what’s being detoxed, particles from the water, salts, and other elements in the water also add to the discoloration. Our machines have the capacity to function incredibly well with any foot tub option, whether you decide to use our Ion Pure™ with the Professional Tub Model, or using your own Foot Tub, for enhanced flexibility. Please choose according to your own preference.

Between the ages of 2 and 65, every other day is recommended, not to exceed 3 times per week. Over 65, our recommendation is no more than twice a week.

Each session may take between 15 to 30 minutes.

• Initially, you can rinse your array with very warm water and pat dry with a towel. However, as the elements become pitted from use, putting into the dishwasher may help, or following this piece of advice below: 
• Dip the array in a solution mixture 1 part vinegar to 2 parts warm water for a couple of minutes. Then brush the array to remove access particles and rinse thoroughly with warm water and pat dry. 
• If you are using the foot bath in a professional setting, we would recommend the use of a good disinfectant cleaner rather than the steps noted above. 

It is normal to feel a slight tingling sensation during a session, but if you experience uncomfortable tingling or itching, this is an indication there is too much salt in the water. Try using less salt on your next session. Too much salt will not alter the effects of the session, however; increasing the salt also increases the amperage of the current. Too much salt can result in overheating the power unit, causing it to shut down. The power supply will not resume operation until it has fully cooled down usually in about 25 minutes. As per the operating instructions you should begin with about 5 inches of water and start with 1 scoop of salt. If you prefer, you may increase the amount of salt, but not to exceed 2 scoops. After you have operated the system several times, you will know how to set it up for each use.

With shelter in place orders in California, you may notice orders being held there for days sometimes week(s). This also may be the case if the order is shipped from overseas.

In California, fulfillment teams are working on a voluntary basis. Everyone who is healthy and willing to work is welcome to. Those who can are already working from home.

Yes, you can expect shipping delays. More countries are limiting passenger flights and closing their borders. While this doesn't directly impact cargo, fewer passenger flights mean fewer transit options for shipments and longer lines at borders.

Delays are being felt industry-wide.

We're also disabling Express and Overnight shipping methods for international orders as our carriers can't guarantee fast delivery.

Shipping price has drastically increased industry-wide due to limited cargo planes, and closed borders. Gear Elevation has to temporarily resort to an alternative line that's slower to keep up with demand and keep shipping costs down for our customers. We will absorb any increase in shipping and keep shipping costs free for customers during these times.

The CDC has reported that COVID-19 does not spread through packages. It is safe to order online. Carriers follow social-distancing practices and use PPE equipment too!
